Payment

Payments are processed through PayPal. This option allows you to use your PayPal account or alternatively your credit/debit card. This is handled entirely by PayPal.

If you do not have a PayPal account, no problem!
Just select the option on the screen to Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

During the checkout process, once you have entered all of the required information such as your billing and delivery address, you will be taken to PayPal's website to submit your payment information. None of this information is captured by this website.

Once you complete the PayPal process, this website will receive notification from PayPal and your order will then be accepted. If the process does not complete, or you decide to cancel it before confirming your payment details, your order will not be in an accepted state.

Cancelling an Order

If, after having submitted an order, you wish to cancel it, please get in touch with us quoting your order reference number. This is an 18 character long reference and can be found in the confirmation email you received when you placed your order, or from within your account area.

Please note that we cannot cancel an order which has already been dispatched, unless it is being treated as a return. For any queries regarding returns, please contact us.
